A huge quantity of equipment and a huge quantity of exercises in fourteen different Tabata segments. Mindy wants you to “mix and match” the segments for a personalized custom workout. So, no warm-ups or cooldowns; you'll do those on your own (“you should have been warming up while I was talking”). Each segment lasts about four minutes. Within each segment, you get eight rounds (usually two sets of four completely different routines). Each 30-second round uses the classic Tabata format — 20 seconds of ultra-high-intensity training followed by 10 seconds of recovery. The exercise sequences range from all-cardio and all-toning to aero/tone combinations.
